Karin Hogan Therapy offers a friendly, safe and supportive space to address emotional issues and life challenges. Sessions are offered conveniently on-line and in person in Bristol. Neurodivergent adults and those caring for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) are welcome and therapy can be adapted to meet a wide range of needs and preferences.
Together we will agree a goal and work towards you developing the skills, techniques and attitudes to help you overcome emotional challenges and move towards living the life you want.

We will work in partnership. I offer integrative therapy focusing on the negative beliefs that often don't serve us well. We start with a thorough history and then identify the problems you are currently facing and what you want to achieve. My job is to help you to develop the skills and attitudes that are most helpful in the life you want to build. I also offer EFT which has been shown to help with emotional regulation, reducing cortisol, anxiety and improving mood. Change starts today."
